Arun Sahoo To Attend Niti Aayog Meet, To Put Forth Proposals On Increasing Farmers' Income

Bhubaneswar: State Agriculture Minister Arun Sahoo departed for Mumbai on Friday to take part in Niti Aayog meeting 'Transformation of Agriculture' in place of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

As per reports, Sahoo will put forward various proposals for development of skills, income of farmers and agricultural productivity during the meeting. The meeting aims at reaching solutions regarding farmers' income, storage facilities, entrepreneurship and market opportunities.

The meeting will also be attended by Chief Ministers Manohar Lal Khattar, Pema Khandu, Vijay Rupani, Yogi Adityanath, Kamal Nath, Amarinder Singh and Centre Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar.
