Amit Shah Holds Meeting And Roadshow In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: BJP National president Amit Shah today held a public meeting at Dhenkanal where he mentioned that Odisha will be transformed into the number one State in the country if BJP comes to power.

The 'Vijay Sankalp' meeting of BJP was held at Palishree ground in Mahisapat area in Dhenkanal where Shah promised to waive of loans of self-help groups within six months after coming to power in Odisha.

The saffron party chief also announced interest-free loans and pension of Rs 3,000 to farmers above 60 years age. "We urge the people to respond to the violence by means of votes," he said.

Among others, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Dhenkanal MP candidate Rudra Narayan Pani and senior BJP leaders were present.

After winding up Dhenkanal meeting Shah went to Narasinghpur after which he proceeded towards Cuttack for the roadshow. Shah starts his roadshow from Netaji's birthplace.

He will proceed to Chandi Chowk square through Nayasarak and High Court Square. A large number of senior leaders including Pradhan, Arun Singh, Baijayant Panda and Prakash Mishra joined Shah for the roadshow.
