Balasore: An 11-year old boy abandoned by both of his parents was rescued by Khaira Child Line workers from Mitrapur area under Nilagiri police limits on Saturday.

The minor hails from Makhapada village under KP Lekhraj panchayat. His parents had separated and started their lives with different partners rendering the child homeless. Out of desperation, the 11-year old had started to beg for survival since last five months.
