Bhubaneswar: Four new planetariums will be set up in Odisha soon, informed Science and Technology Minister Ashok Panda in Odisha Legislative Assembly on Saturday.
The planetariums will be set up in Baripada, Rayagada, Gopalpur and Keonjhar and the entire project will cost Rs 30 crore. Governement will spend Rs 9 crore for Gopalpur planetarium, and Rs 7 crore each for planetariums at Rayagada, Keonjhar and Baripada, informed the Minister.
The Minister also added that science parks will be set up in each district and 10 among them will become functional in first phase.
