Pipili: After the monsoon is in full swing in Odisha, there is no dearth of snakes in several parts of Odisha. While some days before, more than 150 snakelets of cobra were rescued from a termite hill inside a house at Dhamnagar in Bhadrak district, 12 more cobra kids were rescued from Suhagpur village under Malgalpur Block of Puri district on Tuesday afternoon.
As per the report, 12 baby cobras were rescued from the house of Anadi Sahoo from Suhagpur village. Seeing the snake kids inside his house, Sahoo immediately informed the snake helpline center.
A huge crowd congregated at his house to see the poisonous snakes in such a quantity at a time.
After rescuing the snakelets, the snake helpline members let them free in the nearby forest.
