Bhubaneswar: In view of the ensuing Annual Higher Secondary (H.S.) Examinations-2019 from March 7 to 30, Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) authorities today issued contact numbers of CHSE officials for smooth conduct of the examinations this year.
As per the CHSE press release, the contact numbers of the Controller of Exam, Dy Controller of Exam-1, Dy Controller of Exam-2, Asst Controller of Exam, Asst Secretary and Control Room have been issued.

Prominent among the instructions issued through the press release are that flying squads are being organized at the Central Office of the CHSE (O), at the three Zone office level, and at the district level by the District Level Coordinators to prevent use of unfair means in the examination. Besides, the EMHs will send Observers to all tagged Examination Centres who will observe the examination for the entire period and report. All attempts will be taken to maintain the high quality of the examination.
Except the Centre Superintendent, all other Examination Centre officials, teachers, employees, squad members and the candidates have been directed not to be in possession of mobile phones at the Examination Centres. All officers/employees of the Examination Centres will surrender their mobile phones to the Centre Superintendents before entering the Examination Centres.
The Chief Secretary, Odisha and the Principal Secretary to Govt, S&ME Dept took a video conference with all the District Collectors, Superintendents of Police, Regional Directors of Education, supervisors of the EMHs and Examination Centre Superintendents for taking all possible measures for fair and smooth conduct of the Examinations. The Collectors and SPs have been requested to hold district level meetings with EMHs and Examination Centres personnel and provide security for the examinations.
